About the studio
Nerve III researches how a product or brand is perceived, and what to change once you know. The name comes from the cranial nerve that controls where the eye looks and how it holds focus.
Whether people can complete a task is the first question, and a usability review answers it. Brand perception is the question underneath: what the interface made them notice, the cognitive load it asked of them, and what they concluded about the business behind it. That is what decides whether they come back, and what they tell anyone else.
Those are read through neuroscience as much as design: what draws attention, what survives in memory, and what a person decides before they could explain why. Findings come back in priority order, each with the change it calls for and what it is expected to move. That ordering is the product strategy: what to do next, what to do after it, and what to leave alone for now.
Typical starting points: a product that is not converting, a brand that is not landing, or a redesign nobody can fully explain. Just as often it is something that already works and could work better, or a decision the team keeps circling without evidence to settle it.
